Founded in 2016, Sky Power Industries emerged as a pioneering manufacturer of pressed steel radiators, bringing a unique and innovative approach to radiator design. However, our journey in the industry began much earlier. Before establishing our own manufacturing unit, we were actively involved in the engineering and assembly of radiators for two reputed companies specializing in pressed steel radiator production. Our Manufacturing Process
Our advanced manufacturing facility, located in Pune, Maharashtra, India is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and follows a streamlined production process to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
1. Raw Material Selection & Inspection
- We source high-grade cold-rolled steel from trusted suppliers to ensure strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
- Each batch of raw material undergoes rigorous quality inspection before processing.
2. Precision Cutting & Forming
- Sheets are cut into precise dimensions using automated Cutting machines for accuracy.
- Steel sheets are then formed into radiator panels through Power press machines, ensuring uniformity and structural integrity.
3. Welding & Assembly
- We utilize German made MIG/TIG welding technology to ensure strong, leak-proof joints.
- Radiators are assembled with goose neck, welded, or detachable fittings, customized to customer specifications.
4. Surface Treatment & Coating
- Each radiator undergoes a chemical cleaning & shot blasting process to remove impurities.
- A high-quality primer is applied for corrosion protection, followed by epoxy paint or hot-dip galvanization for a durable finish as per the customers requirement.
5. Quality Control & Testing
Our commitment to quality is reinforced through rigorous testing procedures at every stage of manufacturing.
