Our advanced manufacturing facility, located in Pune, Maharashtra, India is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and follows a streamlined production process to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

1. Raw Material Selection & Inspection

  • We source high-grade cold-rolled steel from trusted suppliers to ensure strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
  • Each batch of raw material undergoes rigorous quality inspection before processing.

    • 2. Precision Cutting & Forming

  • Sheets are cut into precise dimensions using automated Cutting machines for accuracy.
  • Steel sheets are then formed into radiator panels through Power press machines, ensuring uniformity and structural integrity.

    • 3. Welding & Assembly

  • We utilize German made MIG/TIG welding technology to ensure strong, leak-proof joints..
  • Radiators are assembled with goose neck, welded, or detachable fittings, customized to customer specifications.

    • 4. Surface Treatment & Coating

  • Each radiator undergoes a chemical cleaning & shot blasting process to remove impurities.
  • A high-quality primer is applied for corrosion protection, followed by epoxy paint or hot-dip galvanization for a durable finish as per the customers requirement.
